Medical Assistants – Class of 2019

Recently 19 Medical Assistants (MA) completed the Croydon Training Hub MA course. The programme develops a new group of higher qualified administrators within Primary Care, to reduce the administrative burden on GPs. The 8 days of training covered 40 core competencies. It will relieve pressure in the practices, create a new Career pathway, improve retention and motivate staff . We are grateful to the mentors for all their support.
