2019 has been our most successful year to date, our growing new team has been instrumental in making way for the CGPC to explore new avenues and support GP practices during a year that has seen some of the biggest changes in Primary care.
We have successfully implemented new services which include community anticoagulation service, intermediate dermatology service and Enhanced Access Hubs and a domiciliary car service
The CGPC has been working in collaboration with Croydon CCG and all GP Practices in Croydon to help support and underpin the new national directive to form Primary Care Networks.
During this process a new Business Leads forum has been developed, working at scale has and will be continued to be looked at throughout the borough. This has seen some interesting new projects come to light such as visiting paramedics, a cervical screening programme form nervous /anxious woman.
Through the hard work of dedicated GPs an advocacy service has been launched to help and support GP workload.
